1. Was using the Galaxy Buds purchased with Note 10+ to listen to audible and realized that to skip back 10 seconds I have to triple tap the bud.

I thought that there must be a customization option in the Galaxy Wearable app using which I can reprogram single tap on left bud to skip back and single tap on right bud to skip forward for Audible app.

Again I searched and found that they do not allow any such app specific customization.

I mean the possibilty is there, they made the hardware and the software but still are limiting the user.

2. I recently transferred some files to Download folder on Note 10+ and then opened the My Files app.

Clicked on the Downloads option in the middle and couldn't find it. For a while I thought it was a bug only to realize later that the Downloads button shows files downloaded via the Internet directly onto the phone and does not point to the Folder names "Download".

So now to check the files I have to go into My Files and open the folder.

3. There is the option to Double tap to Wake up but no option for double tapping on empty area of Home screen or Notification bar to turn off phone.

4. The Secure Folder app allows user to create a clone of every app in a secured area.

And Dual Messenger allows user to clone messaging apps without needing to create and enter a passwors protected space.

However I wanted to make a clone of Youtube as I use two account but can't do that without using third party unstable solutions like Multi Parallel.

If I want to do it Samsung's way I need to enter the Secure Folder every single time.

I mean they have already created the solution and put it on the phone but by implementing their own rules they are making the feature less or non usable.

Please note I'm not saying the phone is bad or anything, far from it, it is probably one of the best phones out there and I totally like it for what it is.

It is just that I switched from a Zenfone 5z and even they had the features mentioned in points 2,3 and 4.
I was having higher expectations from Samsung switching back to them after being a long term Note 3 user.

I hope someone at Samsung R&D reads this and improves upon these things in future software updates.
