Third Party USB-C Power Delivery (PD) Wall Adapter

Hey guys I know a bit about USB-C PD but I was wondering if someone with more experience/knowledge could chime in about this specific wall adapter:

Of the listed voltage/current outputs I don't see 9V/2A, which is the highest wattage (18W) supported by our Pixel 2 XL?

Any other thoughts?
