Giztop is an excellent company. I have purchased several phones from them over the years, but with my Mi 11 Ultra, it required service. Being here in the US, I figured I was now the proud owner of an expensive paperweight. However, I contacted Giztop and asked them what should I do and did they know anything to fix my problem. They told me to RMA the phone, along with original sales receipt and packaging to mainland China (a Shenzhen address), I sent it to the address and there were some customs issue upon arrival in China. BTW, Giztop is actually in Hong Kong. Anyhow, they got word from their representative in mainland China that it couldn't be repaired, so they sent me a brand new Mi 11 Ultra. They sent it to me via DHL. It took a couple of days for DHL to pick the device up, but once they did, it only took five days before the phone was in my hands, here in San Diego, Ca.How long did it take for your order to process and ship and deliver to you? I ordered my 11 Ultra Global about 3 days ago (Thursday)
Haven’t received an order confirmation email yet but I’m not sure how this whole thing goes since I haven’t used it before until now.
