Thumb typing on PRO 12.2

Hello, is it easy or difficult to do thumb typing on the PRO 12.2? I suppose that we need to use the split keyboard regardless of whether it is from the stock keyboard or from the Switkey's.

I guess it would depend on the size of your hands. I use "Thumb Keyboard" in a split keyboard configuration and have no problems with it, but I have large hands.
