[TIP] | Layers works on OxygenOS 2.0 with root |

Yup just as title states layers is fully functionaly on oxygenos 2.0 and 2.0.1 (must have root). Simply download the layers app and any layer of your choice and apply them. Keep in mind that some settings icons such as fingerprint and customization will not be themed until the dev adds support.

Went into a bootloop.. had to delete the overlays via recovery
Could someone else confirm if it worked on 2.0.1

Same for me.

I was on Black Mode, then install layer Do the Magic, Reboot and After that the screen was Black. 2.0.1

Tried again.. looks like not all the themes are compatible.. just installed minimal PS and its themes.
Also i dont seem to get the system UI/settings themed... if i try that with the paid themes i have, it get me a black screen.

Probably would be a good idea we all users could share that themes are working on 2.0.1
All i am looking for a theme which get me DARK Experience.

Coalfield works perfectly but a few icons missing in settings. You can always toggle dark mode and apply a different accent to solve this issue.

I'll keep track of what themes work and what dont on this thread

Works in my OxygenOS v2.0.1 just fine. You must be rooted!

I give a try with this layer but i didn't select everything just framework, system ui, settings and messenger of Google.

I didn't try any other layer theme.
Maybe you are right and not every theme works.

Yes ART works for the overlays you mentioned. I am trying to mix it with coalfield

So I risk my phone playing with Layers Manager haha... So everytime we must first take an nandroid backup before select a layer?

Or just boot into TWRP if something ever happens and use the file manager to delete the overlays folder.

well yes some apks work and some not need to look on it....,im not have time now really busy at work but anyway if someone want to try have made a hibrid theme (few full system apks (systemUI/dialer/contacts) and some layers google apk) just for fun.tested on dark mode working fine for me .instructions:make a nand backup just in case,put zip in phone go to recovery and flash,note if you want uninstal the layers apks in zip you need layers manager installed bug? maybe.... tell me. @Zyxxeil thanks for your work and sorry if spam your thread. theme link here https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347800225
