Inspired by this thread and this thread and this thread...
I decided to get my hands dirty and 'adapt' the spreadsheet in the two latter threads for our beloved SGW.

Some notes:
- I am using the Bionic Cow 2 ROM; so I need help filling in Column E in the spreadsheet
- Column H is what I *have* done on my phone. No problems up to now.
- Look for 'cell comments' in Column H; sometimes they contain important tips from me
