Great dude! Keep up good work!
This is something similar to CWM, right?

Do flashable zips made for CWM work on this?

Yeah except the fact that this is a touch recovery. And includes backup names, a fully functional keyboard, and better backup options in general.

for it to even install, you must get it to be adbd insecure, you can acquire the apk from here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1687590

and it will push files to system partition, but since I'm running MIUI, this does not work and still boots CWM, as I don't have the sony logo.I would try it on stock, but stock ROM is bull**** with its db limit.

I got it to boot with latest MIUI which is based on FXP205, all you have to do is get adbd insecure, run the install.sh/bat if you're on windows, and power phone down, or reboot. The key is to press the vol down button after the pink LED for CWM.I got TWRP to launch, but after that I couldn't boot the OS anymore so I had to reflash MIUI.Thing is, I went to CWM afterwards and now after I booted TWRP, it showed an option to partition external card, which meant it recognized the ext-sd too now !

Device?

Cwm backup files cannot be restored with twrp. You will have to take new backup with twrp.

[EDIT] : It cannot rotate

Will it cause anything if i pushed this twrp while cwm v6 for miro is in my miro? Otherwise, i'd love to use it! Thanks!

Try this one https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1HT2zlYGNVjbE5US2c0cHBpS2M/edit. This will boot to twrp. But you will not be able to use it well due to graphics bug

Thanks for the link, it did work (with the graphic bugs of course) but I managed to boot in twrp only once (the very first time after using flashtool to install it with the usb cable still connected)
I have tried more than 25 times but I cannot boot in twrp again :( .
I have 11.0.A.7.5 and I have tried it with and without charger.

Could you pleas tell me the correct timing of the steps? (do I press the - vol button exactly when I see the SONY logo or before I see it? when should I release the button?) Sorry for the obvious question but I need to know that I am trying it the right way...
