1-> Clean install any stable rom Freedom/Experience links in the end.
2-> After that setup your phone add email accounts (Do this before following steps).
3-> Go to Settings -> WiFi -> Click gear icon -> Turn off smart WiFi Switcher.
4-> Go to Settings-> Backup & Reset and disable backup.
5-> Go to Settings-> Advanced -> Disable "Join User Experience"
6-> Go to settings-> Location -> Scanning -> Turn off both WiFi and Bluetooth scanning (I prefer to turn on location whenever I need)
7-> Install AKT (Links provided below)
8-> Now open AKT -> Balanced-> Select HawkPepper (Similar performance when compared to stock but battery friendly).
9-> Make sure AKT is not in the list of Greenify and also go to Settings -> Battery -> Aggressive Dose & Hibernation -> make sure AKT is not optimized.
10-> Go to Settings -> Apps -> click 3 dots and select show system apps -> Force stop Google Play Services, Play Store & Google Services Framework -> Clear data for Play Services & Google Service Framework
11-> Reboot to recovery -> Wipe Cache And Dalvik

Done. :)

Use for at least 3 to 4 cycles because since we did clean flash first 2 cycles may consume more battery.
After 3 to 4 cycles, if you still notice drain then do steps 10 and 11 again.

stop it with these posts. these things are already discussed several times on every thread and things like sot really depends on everyone's personal usage.

EAS kernel by Render broken is even better then Hawkpepper! It's like project XANA with the smoothness of Burnout!
