I remember when I got my Titan it also would NOT flash the 17.XXXX radio. Flash process completed normally but I always had the 16.XXXX radio. I got around it by flashing a older stock rom and then updating through Zune. That way I was finally able to get to the newer radio, and after that radio flashing has been normal, I can choose which radio I want and flash it. I had also some problem with the update process through Zune, but the radio updated that way.

I dont know what was said here that pissed you off, but f*ck anyone who complains about great work that developers do here at XDA.

Yea, I am trying one of these jap roms ...
Mine can boot, but I can't uninstall HTC Apps (****ing old bug) and I find tons of apps in japanese (TV-OUT for example) ...

EDIT :

TV-OUT works
Sideloading works (but I can't find any sort of 'root manager' ... I think every app runs as root)
H/3G connectivity works with 17.5006.08.27_17.08.50.06U Radio version

EDIT 2 :

I think Microsoft remotely relocks these ROMs ... now it says I have reached the number of application I can sideload ... (and even if I uninstall some of them I can't reinstall more ... )

Which rom works fine mate? The one from the vietnamese site has issues with the built in facebook... It can't connect.
I must admit, the rest looks oke to me, but the facebook thing is a big issue for me... And all these vietnamese stuff is annoying me too.

As for the the rom that was promised yesterday..... I still don't know how that works :p
I haven't been able to download it, as no others have either..

Only English is fine for me, however I would not want to flash a rom that has a lot of bugs... Please report back on this Im very interested but just dont have time right now to flash and instal everything just to flash again and instal again.

I guess 4.0 was the first 7.8 rom and now its on 4.1 version. Can you uninstal HTC apps from this version? Anyone running this version?

I have 4.1 version and work verry well. I can unistall HTC apps and install back. One things (now) I don't see in People hub "Check in" options. FB app working good.

And now I saw that when I install my language from CAB files, I don't add two (2) files from second post original thread. Now I install 4 (four) cab files and work good with Polish.

That ROM have included change registry value to NOKIA Lumia 900. If we want have HTC TITAN X310e we have to edit these strings:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Platform\DeviceTargeting Inf\OemName - from NOKIA to HTC

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Platform\DeviceTargeting Inf\MODeviceName - from LUMIA 900 to TITAN X310e

and soft reset device.

Which four cab files do you install? just so I know how to install the dutch cab files :)

I must admit this 4.1 version works great!
facebook works on this one, installing the language cab's went to plan and overal I'm really pleased with this!

Hmmmmm... No problem that there is only 1 language, but there is only Chinese and English keyboard... This is a problem! Anyway to instal the keyboard I want?

Updated Finnish language via cab-sender, but this does NOT add the keyboard... Anyway to get the keyboard added here?
