Some battery life advice:

1.Disable Google account sync - only sync when you add a new Contact or want to read your Gmail,
2.Keep Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS disabled until you really need them,
3.Check to see if your kernel isn't overclocking your CPU - some kernels automatically 'clock' the chip from the moment the phone turns on,
4.Check your display settings re: kernel - some settings can run 'display enhancers' that make your graphics look great whilst chewing battery,
5.Disable Fast Dormancy for your modem - there's plenty of threads/posts about this,
6.Go into Settings->Apps and make sure there aren't a heap of apps running in background (Task Manager helps with this 'apps killing' too)

Who can help me with the build.prop because the theme doesn't set from first time pm me

Here is the tip how to get the persistent theme at first start :
Type this in build.prop :

persist.sys.themeId=XperiaZui
persist.sys.themePackageName=com.enwno.theme.xperiazui

You have to put the exact name of the theme to work .

i found why the theme doesn't get applied at first boot
because the app is not with the same name like is typed in build.prop

you see
persist.sys.themeId=TouchWiz 5.0 <-- you typed here the name of the app but the file is not writed with this name
you need to rename the app with that name you had typed at first entry.
at themeId you write the name of the file
at themePackageName you write the name of the package.

If on boot you get screen tearing just turn the screen off and then back on. Its a kernel issue
