Tmail.exe starts automatically

It starts up anytime you use active sync, so you'll have to kill it after syncing. Here's one way to kill it everytime you disconnect.

It also runs at startup; check your bootlauncher queue, that's probably what starts it. Delete this reg key (if it's there):

You may also have a poutlook.lnk in the \windows\startup folder. You can delete it as well, if you don't want outlook running all the time.

If you have an asus, then you won't have the bootlauncher key. That's an htc thing. Check your startup folder and also check HKLM\init. Tmail may be in init, or there may be a similar .exe like bootlauncher that is run in init that launches tmail.

SK tools has a good startup tool that may help you find it.
