To start android enter new password

My old phone mi 3w. After i dont what happen after i turn on phone again, its stuck on screen. To start android enter password. I dont have password lockscreen.
After i enter random password its come message:
The password you entered is correct, but unfortunately data is corrupt. And suggest to factory reset.
I have tried:
1. Wipe data from mi recovery
2. Flash from fastboot mi pcsuite english china
3. Enter edl mode
4. Fastboot wipe
5. Flash miflash
Bootloader is locked so i cant install twrp
But all failed. Please help me

Is your Bootloader locked?
Impossible!
Mi3 is opened...

Is it MIUI password screen? Like this:

Or Android password screen? Like this:

???

I think last. So you need to boot to TWRP, and after you need make FORMAT DATA (not Wipe data).

Go to twrp and backup data on internal card.
Then fastboot the device.
Type this in command line or whatever : fastboot -w
