Tomtom on a huawei G6

Hi,

I install tomtom and open the app:Now I have to download the card of Europe.
When it's done a,d I start tomtom I always get the answer that I have to download the map of Europe.
What can I do to fix this?
The problem started after I did try to install tomtom go.But this didn't work.
So I did a hard reset and installed the "normal" tomtom again,but now I have problems.
Tomtom have worked on my huawei.
