too bright

i like to read my tablet at night before i go to bed. i read in the darkness and the brightness is set all the way down to 0 and its still too bright. i was looking for a dark transparent film and i thought auto window tinting. has anyone tried it before?

If you are rooted take a look at "SuperDim" in the market. It will let you set the screen brightness much lower. You do have to be carefull though as you can set it too low such that you can not see anything.
