Can someone pm or share the mirror, every time it downloads as corrupt download
just want info this..device with no HTCdev unlock can't use this tool again (except using 32bit Ubuntu)...coz the controlbear of the link that the tool give for Windows Ics noHTCdev unlock no longer support for windows again (don't know for device with HTCdev unlock, not tried yet)..i've already tried search from another source and using file downloaded from another link..but KGS1992 still can't read it..then i must run all process with manual method..

coz of that i just want a report in this thread about the problem from the tool it self.. coz the tool needed controlbear script from officially website that are no longer support for the windows os again..just support ubuntu 32bit os..
so someone who need manual method guide might be go to the thread that you give... :good:

This tool provides a very simple & easy way for any of these:
*devices implies HTC Sensation/XE/4G wherever used in this post/thread
- Reboot your device normally, or to bootloader or recovery.
- S-OFF for Hboot ≤1.18 devices using Revolutionary
- S-OFF for Hboot 1.2x devices using JuopunutBear (Wire trick is needed)
- Installing 4EXT Touch Recovery or CWM recovery for all S-OFF / HTC Dev Unlocked devices.
- Rooting for all devices (With or without a custom Recovery)
- Write SuperCID or custom CID for all S-OFF devices
- Install firmware for all S-OFF devices
- Flash ZIP from recovery for all S-OFF devices with custom recovery installed
- Flash PG58IMG.zip (Depending on what the PG58IMG.zip is, the requirements for this may differ)
- Flash boot.img for HTC Dev unlocked/ S-OFF devices
- Flash Unlocked =JuopunutBear= Hboot for devices that have S-OFF
Best suited for noobs and people with dead screens or volume/power keys that don't work properly, since 90% of the interaction is with the computer.
I have spent a lot of time perfecting this utility. It is now safe to use!!

Q. How safe is this?It's as safe as it can get without someone being physically present to ensure that you do everything right. If you follow the instructions, this is very safe.

Q. Why did you make this?Of course, it was intended to be helpful to newbies to S-OFF & flash their phones and also serve as a good example for making a completly n00b-proof toolkit for anyone who wanted to make one.
Started off as wanting to learn something new. Helped me learn not only how to write batch scripts but by extension I learnt many more things & also more about the phone.

I am getting this message when trying to implement S-OFF. It appears the jb_hboot.zip file is either incorrect, or there is a MD5 mismatch. Does anyone know how to get past this step?

I have Sensation XE Hboot 1.29 and I try to S-OFF. I get the message to download "Windows Ice Cream Sandwich", but i can't find this file in http://unlimited.io/jb_pyramidlocked.htm . What now? How do I proceed?

I did not get it to work any way. When I click an option it dissapears.

When I install the program it works for one time. Anyway doing the install en following the instructions I get stuck with the wire trick. Tried it about 30 times now. I get successful but failed for S-OFF. So I do not come further than that. Please help?
make sure that adb/fastboot are being recognized
because in windows 8 there are connectivity issues

I have tried different S-OFF methodes including above.
I have no problem with adb/fastboot drivers. Everything works fine but untill the the wire trick fot S-OFF.
You might wanna give rumrunner s-off a shot? That is a wiretrick-free s-off method for modern day htc devices but confirmed to work on htc sensation too. And the beauty of it is you don't need to return to stock.i did s-off mine using that method before i made my all in one tutorial. Just click the link in my signature.
