Failure to read resources.txt

I am having some trouble. Trying to apply a theme, achep's ICS layout. I placed the .apk's into their respective folders, extracted the .rar to acPatcher/acpatch and ran the .exe. After the zips are created, I flashed them in CWM. Flashed patch reboot, flashed undo reboot and flashed patch and rebooted. My phone looks exactly the same as it did before, no changes. I also received no errors while the patcher was running. I am running CM7 7.2 RC1
