Welcome to update 1.5!
I want to thank everyone who supports the project. It is yours support that gives the necessary motivation and allows me to implement new cool ideas!

I am often asked: "Cyber.Cat, advise which applications should I disable on my Samsung / Xiaomi / Lenovo, etc.". Since the release of the first version of ADB AppControl, I've been asked this question so often that I just couldn't ignore it. It took me almost 4 months, from idea to implementation. Meet the Disable Unwanted Apps Wizard to help you clean up your devices.

There are a lot of changes (this is version 1.5 for a good reason).
And the fastest way to meet them is in my YouTube video:

And here is a list of New Year's gifts changelog:
  • Debloat Wizard. It will help clean your andoid from junk and bloatware.*
  • Improved app installation
  • Splits are now saved in .apks (zip) format
  • Splits (.apks) can be installed as a regular apk file
  • Installing folders with apk and apks files
  • Reworked dragging and dropping apk files
  • Added information about the size of apk files
  • Added About Application menu where you can find out the version of the application.
  • Added option to Delete data and application cache during disabling.
  • Added a list of supported applications to the Auto-Permissions window.
  • The context menu has been completely redesigned
  • Fixed a bug in Auto-Permissions (not all applications were displayed in the list)
  • Fixed the logic of the "Select all applications" checkbox and search.
  • Fixed bug on Windows 10 20h2 if the path contained spaces.
And many other smaller, but no less important changes!
* some of the Wizard's capabilities are available only in the Extended Version of the program

You can find out what the Disconnect Wizard is and why you need it in the User Guide on the official website.
It is important to understand that this feature was added as part of testing and a lot more will be changed and corrected. And your feedback can help a lot with that.
Also, a lot of work was done on the program, which means bugs are possible. If you meet such, do not hesitate to write here or by mail, we will fix everything.

Happy Holidays everyone!
Regards, Cyber.Cat

You can update directly from the program!
Important!
If you have an Extended Version, you will need to reactivate program with you key after installing the update.

Hi, is there an option to control work profile? I just noticed when I made work profile some of apps i disabled in user profile are of course enabled in work profile. I did some disabling by using console with different user ID of course, but it would be nice feature to add work profile user and debloat stuff from there too.

Got it. Added to my checklist and will try to do it in the next updates.

So, I updated to 1.5. Extended functions are disabled and I cannot nowhere find a way to reenter the key. That crown thing is nowhere to be found.
EDIT: Ok, I figured it out.

All keys continue to work. But after updating to version 1.5, reactivation is required. No need to buy again. Make sure the program has internet access and if you have problems with activation, please contact me by email.
I already paid again because tried couple of times and the old key was not working.

Hello there and thank you for this amazing tool. It's been a lifesaver with Package Disable Pro gone.

I wanted to report a few packages that I had disabled on PDP but I can't seem to find them on ADB App Control here they are

--------
com.sec.android.service.health
com.samsung.app.slowmotion
com.samsung.android.app.selfmotionpanoramaviewer
com.sec.android.uibcvirtualsoftkey
com.samsung.sait.sohservice
com.samsung.android.clipboarduiservice
com.samsung.android.emojiupdater
com.samsung.android.app.ledbackcover
com.sec.android.splitsound
com.samsung.android.visionarapps
--------------

I also noticed a four rogue packages on ADB AppController's disableds list and I don't know what they are. I can't enable them since enabling them fails and I just get "Packages enabled 0/1" when I try, I'd like to learn more about them and why ADB Appcontrol may show them as disabled.

Here are those packages

com.samsung.android.appseparation
com.google.android.documentsui
com.sec.android.app.sbrowser
com.samsung.gamedriver.S11MaliG77

---

also everytime I try to disable "adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.samsung.android.game.gos" it says it was disabled, but it doesn't get disabled

Documentsui must not be disabled, phones user interface stops working. Appseperation I'm not sure, new on Android 11, sbrowser is samsung browser and can be disabled or debloated. Game.gos cannot be removed or disabled, we'll it can but it just reinstalls itself and restarts itself (strange one) from Android 9 game.gos had been like this...

I don't know if it was related to those packages that I couldn't enable, but my phone kept overheating constantly while doing nothing, so I did a factory reset and just used normal ADB.
