You can use Powerbox v2 over premium and vice versa.
Now to your question,
You selected Traffic meter mod. This replaced your current SystemUi.apk with the modded systemui. Now you need to recheck the options again that you chose earlier. And its doesn't matters whether you use v2 or v1 premium. You can select any option and flash it. The only thing you need to remeber is, if you select traffic meter, you need to select all the option you chose for mods that affects systemui.apk

But i believe when i choose traffic meter +home button mod from v2 it would say it's a premium feature only and only way i can get that is from v1 premium version but the v1 premium version doesn't have s5 toggles .I am not sure if i am being clear in what i am trying to ask you.I understand that if i don't select all the mods in v2 that i had selected in v1 it will go back to stock but there are "premium" mods in v1 which cannot be selected in regular v2.

Do this,
Flash your required mods in v1 premium then flash v2 and select the features you like..

Before i could read your reply i did this , opened v2 and installed the mods i needed and still went ahead and chose the "premium features'listed in v2 although i got a warning that it's a premium feature and that i should donate to get this version.Rebooted and i have my v1 premium feature mod along with the mods from v2. Thank you

This will theme AirCommand menu. Following options will be presented-
-Paper Themed
-Yellow Themed
-Red Themed
-Purple Themed
-Stock

Maybe a bug....
if I choose the yellow theme, it doesnt apply the yellow but the purple theme

First of all, i want to say thank you for this great mod, was looking for such a thing to customize my note 2 with all these 4.3 ROMS.

I had an issue today when installed v2 on Hurricane ROM v10
I have FC with almost all the apps i want to launch.. I have wiped cach and dalvyk cache but still have problems...
I really wanted to use your mod but propbably made something wrong ? Although it is really easy to install it

If you have any idea, please let me know

You installed it using philz recovery I guess. Try with twrp 2.6.3.1
