[TOOL] Backup & Restore EFS on OnePlus 3

Don't restore using 'RESTORE EFS.bat'
I tried it on mine and it would not even detect my sim card. I was able to get it working by flashing the backup files through fastboot mode.
Here are the two simple commands you have to run (without quotes) in order to restore:
<Go to the directory where you have the backup .bin files>
"fastboot flash modemst1 modemst1.bin"
"fastboot flash modemst2 modemst2.bin"

A EFS backup is a backup of your IMEI. A IMEI is unique on every device. U might lose it during flashing some bad file or bricking your phone. If u lose it it means that it can't read any Sim ever again so u can't make calls on it.

It works!
I backuped it successful!

I restored it and it works!
Tested sim card (calling, mobile data,...)
But i used the two commands:


fastboot flash modemst1 modemst1.bin

and

fastboot flash modemst2 modemst2.bin

Can you tell me what the difference is between the official TWRP and the one from Grarak? And can I use the official instead of Grarak`s ? I`ve rooted my OP3.

You don't need this tool anymore. Use TWRP

IMEI issue

TWRP converts the files inwin format I need those bin files to edit in HEX editor still can't find IMEI to edit from there

My ph says your sim card doesn't allow to connect to this network I think its an IMEI issue as it detects sim search mannual network but doesn't register
Please help if you know any solution to this isssue Thanks in advance
