Convert a single QMG file?

Hi,

I would like to convert a QMG file into PNG. But it's a single QMG file, not a QMG file included in an APK.
Is there any way to make this script convert a single QMG file?

Somebody asked for that earlier in this thread but he doesn't seem to get an answer.
