Updated Tool (07/07/2017)
- I said "update" but actually "downgrade" cause' mostly removed unneeded stuff and changed some boot options but not much.
- If anyone was wondering "Is this really work?", I can say that it works in my case but not saying that it's gonna work for all since there are too many devices with different mainboards and you guys have not shared anything to me yet.
- One last thing if anyone wanna know, I'm using LineageOS 14 by @flex1911, I've used this Zen5 for almost 3 years and never have a happy time with unlocked bootloader until digged into this. So... hope that I'm not the only lucky one to get this fixed.
GOODLUCK TO ALL THEN!

After running the tool and restarting the phone, it stopped at the "Asus in search of incredible" expression on the rom nougat: Lineage 14.1, Resurrection Remix N 5.8.3, AICP 12.1 ...
For the original Lollippop rom after performing the flash direct 3.87 Kernel, in the last 24 hours it does not appear to freeze the screen or reboot.
My phone is zenfone 5 t00j.

It's not bootloop. When it's stuck at asus logo, just hold "Power off" then restart it again.
Don't reflash kernel, you gonna loose all cmdline tweaks
If you're already reflashed kernel, then just run the tool again.

Test this https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bw_uuCCPfK8ERC05eXZ4YjVuVGs
- Reflash any kernel that you are using
- Start device then run the tool
- Tell me if it fixed or not.
Hmm just a bit confusion . You say user can use your tool in any kernel . And you mentioned that you are using los and found no issue whatsoever till now . But then another user report that using this "fix" in rr kernel leads to boot Loop/ boot up issue .so you tested yourself in los ? As i am thinking to flash los .reply would be appreciated .

PS: i am on aicp currently . And just have kernel panic issue .

Thanks for sharing
- First, sorry for the tool, I normally don't test it cause' I hardcoded tweaks into kernel already
- Second, please check that tweaks are applied on your kernel or not.
- Thirdly, If you faced kernel panic, give me last_kmsg log. These tweaks are supposed to fix issued with unlocked bootloader but not to fix any kind of kernel panic

I can understand why you guys have doubt about what I said, but trust me, I faced screen freezed by unlock bootloader for 3 years already but not anymore - using LineageOS without any problem.

Just finished flash RR 5.8.3 with ur freezes patch...
I faced the "ASUS incredibly bla bla.." boot problem too
But,after reflash the ROM and restart PC exactly before applying the fix... its finally booted into home screen :D
Anyway.. I don't see the panic value change into -1 (already enable init.d)

Hope this patch will fully cure our phone from the curse :fingers-crossed:

The picture won't show up...so here's the link
