[TOOL] Fix Freezed Screen/Camera Issue With Unlocked Bootloader by nheolinkin

It happened the very first time i ran the tool. The 2nd time, I reflashed the ROM file, and my phone booted up again, then I ran the tool, then still the same. The third time, I reflashed just boot.img to reduce the waiting, then manually type the commands, and it works.
Not sure why but after "type cmdline_add >> cmdline" command, the cmdline contents is like this. Maybe my PC is infected with viruses or something?

Maybe u can try to add the command manually by using notepad++, remember edit with notepad++

If tool not work for you then just wait. I'll try to fix that.
Also, I said use tool "for each KERNEL" but not "for each ROM", so perhaps you should reflash KERNEL instead of reinstalling ROM.

EDITED: Tool has been updated. Now it can be used in any Roms.

Why is it so hard and confusing for all the users the author of this thread has already given a "clear written instructions" on post #2 . Just follow that else use the search button for any enquiry as most of the "unclear things" have been cleared in comments section . @nheolinkin i request you post a video tutorial or a picture by picture tutorial for the users if possible . Thank you . You did a fantastic job

For anyone still can not use the tool to apply tweaks, I'm truly sorry
I was totally lazy at testing the tool since I've patched my kernel already. So today I decided to test the tool myself because quite fews people complained about it.
And... yeh, it's finally done. Latest version was out, this could be the last version for "freezing issue".
Now everyone can use it in any Roms but it's not gonna be 1-Click tool as I used to want it to be.

And in second post , that kernel is for stock rom only?
I am in Lineage OS, can you tell me how to enable manually?

Freezes happen on 4.4 even after locking the bootloader if you've flashed dnx and ifwi from other sources and are reverting to stock 4.4. Sometimes it doesn't if the bootloader matches but when it does the best solution is to flash 1.17.40.16 boot , fastboot and recovery files and then flashing the ROM in recovery and then following exact same procedure with 4.4 ROM's files.
