Make sure that your phone is not connected.
Run Flashtool-drivers.exe with administrators permission.
Select all the drivers (no reason not to just install it all).
If it sells you that the driver is not digitally signed, choose continue (or yes or what it is).
When everything is installed, connect your phone in all modes. If you have had connected your phone, before installing the driver, do you need, when the phone is connected, to go to the device manager and "remove" the device in the device manager. Disconnect the phone and connect it again... then it should install the correct driver.

Try to use fastboot binary instead. Move fastboot and kernel to one folder, Winkey+R, type "cmd", enter, navigate to this folder with cd command and execute "fastboot flash boot boot.img".

"Unknown Erro" Can burned circuit USB?

Yesterday I had one a while trying to flash a kernel. The FlashTool showed "Unknown Error" after this crash my USB device not longer works correctly. I use Fastboot mode and Mode FlashBoot without any problem. But when I connect the USB cable using the Mount-SD CWM he is disconnecting and unplugging Connects alone all the time. Already tried with another cable and the problem still continues. I tried to reapply my Stock ROM and still permace the problem. The program may have burned some FlashTool circuit responsible for controlling the USB device? Because when I use the the phone into Fastboot mode and FlashBoot not have any problem?

I had a similar issue with my Arc S because my child (1 year old) put the cable in its mouth lol. I changed my cable with another one and no issue anymore. That's all I can say. I really think its a cable or connector issue. Maybe in flashmode or fastboot mode, used wires are not the same as in normal mode.

what are the flashmode drivers needed for the xperia 2012 line in linux?
on the same machine, i have libusb-1.0(the one on the website) installed, and my wt19i(live with walkman) works fine in flashmode, but when i try with my friends xperia p, it give error error flashing,
i have a 64 bit ubuntu.
on windows though, with the drivers provided it is all fine.
