Looks like some people are bricked already. Any idea why nubia doesn't release this tool?
Can you give an example of any phone brand releases unbrick tool with a full firehose and complete bootloader?
Make sure you are using windows 7 with administrator privileges.
Does that mean I'll have to launch the exe as administrator?
Yes it does have administrator privilege.
Its a 32bit windows. Can that be a problem?

The problem is only window 10,try on window 7 and manually instaal the drivers,,its work for me like this

Sir im on RM3 Android 10 v3.25 Bootloop so i use the UNBRICK TOOL for NON EU ,,, i follow all the instructions and proceed to last step
but this happened
Download port = 7
Downloading firehose programmer
(error) Download programmer fail . Please Check status and reset into edl mode try again
software download fail..
i tried it many time on on EDL MODE when i install it ... what did i do wrong. correctly target the PORT ex . (COM7)

As promised I'm sticking with my Xiaomi Mi9 and my partner has the very scary awesome Red Magic 3 cellphone.
Here is a picture of her syncing her Google account an transferring her data from her 2016 Xiaomi Mi Note 2 to her completely functioning 2019 Red Magic 3.

@Mark1709 you are using a programmer that is not for your phone......... what is your phone model ? Redmagic 3S?

seems like you are trying to flash a FACTORY ROM that is not from NUBIA. (this one seems like Lenovo K5 plus)
do not try to flash other brand factory roms, if you succseed you will be with verry bad bricked phone!

Its complicated. You should absolutely try using fastboot to flash back all the files from the rom download from RM's site. If that doesn't work, and your desperate, Download the unbrick tool for the z20. Yes, the z20. This is very hacky, but got my partition sizes normal, and clean. Open the tool, when its done extracting the files. Find them in your temp folder on your computer. REPLACE ALL the files from the RM3S extracted rom, EXCEPT the system.img, and vendor.img. Then let the tool flash your phone. Then when its finished, let it boot to recovery, then, wipe data, then use the RM3S rom from otg to update the phone. Make sure the otg is formatted fat 32, and the rom is renamed update.zip. It will flash! And phone will boot 100% clean as RM3S again! Sorry this guide is not written very good, its the best I could do. Hopefully eventually we will have a proper unbrick tool, to avaoid this messy, but working recovery.2Enough.
