im sorry about the troubles... i unlock the bootloader i enable usb debuging and i reboot it in fastboot mode. them i use the tool to flash the recovery but when the cmd screen gets on it stucks and doesnt finish the process...

i dont know what to do in this point

i also see that in fastboot mode screen appear that the product name was "QC_reference_phone" and the bootloader and the baseband brands are empty.
the device state was "unlocked"

Maybe you have some drivers problems

New Update available. Now you can choose from Chinese TWRP and @xdvs23 TWRP. I have also added stock recovery

Worked flawlessly

Unlocked bootloader, flashed @xdvs23 TWRP and rooted my OP5 with Magisk in what felt like less than 10 minutes. Thanks!

I need the stock OOS must be released before make full stock image. The stock recovery is already there

Okay, thx for your quick reply! I hope it comes soon because I can't boot twrp. I have always blue led when I start it. Rom is booting but I can't enter pin, few seconds later it reboots and the same procedure starts again.

Thanks for the link, i will make the complete zip in 2-3 days, then i need some days to test it and then i will update the tool. If you want you can install it through twrp for now or (if you want) you can use "Recovery zip flasher" option in advanced options, it will copy the rom to your phone and the it will install it.

Oh nice, haven't seen it.
My problem is that twrp doesn't boot, blue led and nothing more.

You are able to go in fastboot mode? if not you need a qfil rom...

Yes, fastboot is working and stock recovery is working too.

go in fastboot and flash a twrp then flash stock rom. Your bootloader is unlocked?

Even not, when u use stock recovery? twrp didn't´t make it for me either.

If you need to flash twro and then boot directly into that, you can use my tool and check the "And boot it" option before flash, the tool will download, flash and boot the recovery automatically

No, for me it was booting through stock recovery only. When finished everything I flashed twrp via terminal again - alternatively via "tool all in one" - Then magisk 13 via twrp.

it's normal. That page will appear before boot all times after you unlock the bootloader. it was introduced with snapdragon 820, through it you can easily enter in fastboot or recovery mode
