The program goes into not responding, batch file shows <waiting for device>, when my device has been booted into fastmode by the program itself.

You don't have correct drivers or you have some drivers that are in conflict with themselves

Is there any special procedure for decrypting op5? If I proceed with erase date that happens?

Inviato dal mio ONEPLUS A5000 utilizzando Tapatalk
Go in advanced options and use "Erase all data" button to decrypt your phone (remember, doing this you will lose all your data)

Why don't you try it and report back to us if it works or not.

Sent from my ONEPLUS A5000 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
The tool works perfectly, there are a lot of positive feedback

There are two options for the OP5 TWRP install for your tool and the manual. I do not understand the labeling for the two options can you explain? I did the first one but was not sure which was right for my OP5

stock is no problem, ive tried sideloading, booting twrp without permanently flash, but all with the same result, it doesent work.

bootloader is working and its unlocked.
buuuuut product name is - QC_Reference_Phone

It is generally advisable not to flash the chinese one because
  1. The chinese one has the same functionality as the open source one
  2. Mine is not chinese by default
  3. Mine is community and developer friendly
  4. Mine isn't stolen work and in case anyone requests authorship, there is no problem for that
  5. According to reports the chinese one doesn't have less issues than mine

It's your choice :)

I did that format thing in advanced menu. And also reformated in twrp but still got encryption :/ ive now red that it requires to flash a zip to prevent force encryption. But im on freedom os and rather wait for resurrection remix before i format again because i cannot see a method to switch to f2fs as twrp doesnt show me that option yet.

If you have a stock rom you need to disable also dm-verity

I rooted my device with Magisk, and now I want to restore it to factory state.
I flashed stock recovery and OOS several times, wiped everything but fastboot oem lock failed all times (FAILED (remote: Flashing Lock is not allowed)).
Can you help me?
What should I do to relock bootloader?

Man is better if you dont relock the bootloader, locking the bootloader you can brick your phone. The command is right but maybe you need to make a full complete wipe (maybe trough fastboot) and then try to relock the bootloader
