Do not need this it anymore because won't work. I am using Wojtas ROM upgraded to Preview with registry replaced to have fully Interop unlocked.

Not a good solution for the moment as my language isn't available in that rom and upgrading from my jailbroken rom was not possible.

You talking about phone language which is Settings menu etc for example. Region, lock screen language and dictionary is stiil in your language. Still want keep settings menu in not english language? Fine but you missing a lot
