Hi, simple question but is it necessary to uninstall this toolkit when I want to remove it? It's not popping up in the Windows installation menu, so would deleting the folder work?
Great work by the way!

Update: found a cleanup.exe that when executed gave an option to uninstall!

HI.

Im trying do decrypt the device with your toolkit. (Before rooting)
And I'm getting this error:

Boot image set to use: boot-noforce-encrypt-mob30w-volantisg.img
Boot image needed: boot-noforce-encrypt-MOB30W-flounder_lte.img

Error. Images do not match.

I've selected the correct version, however it wont except it.

EDIT: Im running the MOB30W version LTE

@mskip I see that chainfire has released SuperSU 2.78 in the Google Play Store. Also, Google has released NRD90M for the Nexus 9 WiFi. Looking forward to an update to include these in the toolkit. Thanks for continuously supporting the toolkit. Your toolkit seriously made life much easier when it comes to flashing and rolling back to stock, etc. Have a fantastic day.

Edit: after further review I see that the SuperSU update is from the people who bought it from Chainfire - CCMT.

CCMT website
http://forum.supersu.com/topic/152/s...2-78-release/3

Change log:
01.09.2016 – v2.78
•Now compatible with Android N(7.0)
•Currently operational on Samsung Note 7
•Improved multi-language pack: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian

After I updated my son's Nexus 5X through play store this is what it shows on my device:

Sorry for the confusion.

How long before the Pro version will support 2.78 and the NRD90M (Android 7) for Nexus 9? I reverted to stock today as my N9's Wi-Fi drivers on the last few Cyanogenmod 13 builds took a crap. I have followed you since you took beer in payment (awhile back, believe me) and know it will be soon!

Non Pro users have a few extra steps.
1. Exit the Toolkit if it is open.
2. Run ToolkitClean.exe from the intallation folder (or the Start Menu)

Update Available for Nexus 9 device module 1.3.3 [ALL Users]

Changelog:
+Added Support [including root] for Android 7.0.0 NRD90R build WIFI only model
+Added Support [including root] for Android 6.0.1 MOB31E build LTE model
+Added above STOCK firmware AND OTA images to download/flash directly from Toolkit
+Updated everything in Toolkit to work with new firmware zip files from google
+Added much improved Drivers section in Startup [DR] and Toolkit Main Menu
+Improved Root file checker/downloader at device module startup

PRO USERS can just start the Toolkit as normal. After you have selected your device you will be notified there is an update available and can auto update. SIMPLE.

6. Restart the Toolkit, select the device and new module files will be downloaded/installed

Please let me know if everything is working as I have done a lot of work on this version. If the Toolkit tries to detect your device and gives the message 'error: no devices/emulators found' then the installed drivers aren't workingin that mode. Follow the steps in the Drivers Section to uninstall the driver in the mode you are in and replace it with the Google adb driver. It should work then.

What did you do?

Are you able to boot manually to fastboot mode? If you can do that then you can flash a stock image to fix it.

How to get into your FastBoot Mode
1. Turn your phone off
2. Unplug your usb cable if you have one plugged in
3. Keep holding the 'Volume Up' (the button nearest to the power button) and 'Power' buttons to boot the phone into FastBoot Mode

Sorry about that the file was named incorrectly on my server. It's all fixed now and should work fine when selecting the NRD90R build.

@mskip Thanks for keeping your toolkits updated. I use it for 3 different phones and tablets and it sure makes things easier. I know how to use ADB but guess I'm just getting a little lazy in my old age. LOL.

Speaking of getting old, anyway to make the font bigger when you open the toolkit?

Yes if you right click on the white top bar in the Toolkit and select properties, the font size is set to 8x12. You can change it to 12x16 to make the font bigger (you can also select defaults instead of properties if you want it to be permanent next time you open the Toolkit). This will make it a lot easier for you to read but will make the Toolkit bigger lol.
