Can I use this tool to OEM unlock my Oneplus 8 Pro? After an update the phone is stuck in recovery mode and I cannot OEM unlock by the normal way because I can't go in my Android... There is some precious data on my phone and I don't wanna loose that so factory reset is not an option..

If it's not on the list of supported devices, then most likely, no. You will need to get into Android somehow to enable the "unlock by OEM" option, which is a different process depending on whether you have a carrier-locked device or not. If it is, you will have to follow the process to obtain an unlock code from OnePlus. There might be a method to completely bypass this, however (I know on various OP devices you can). Might want to check your device's forums, particularly the guides or questions & answers sections.

Sorry I mean unlocking the bootloader. When I try to do that it says "remote: 'Flashing unlock is not allowed'

I don't think it's carrier locked. In fastboot it says "Device state - locked"

That means the bootloader is locked. If the OEM unlock option was grayed out before all this happened and you couldn't get into Android, it meant that it was SIM-locked by the carrier. As I stated, I know there's alternate ways to unlock a OnePlus device's bootloader, but it varies with the device. I couldn't find one for yours specifically, though. I think your only option might be to reflash the update somehow. I don't know if that's even possible though.

It's an SIM lock free device, only the bootloader is locked. I've searched a lot and tried many tools but i cannot use ADB commands for some reason. Also not all fastboot commands are working..

I've already explained this. If the OEM unlock option is NOT toggled in your Android settings, you cannot unlock the bootloader via conventional means. If there isn't an alternative method, then I don't know what else to tell you. You'd be better off asking about this in the device forums as I suggested before.

My bootloader is already unlocked. However when I run the program so that it will flash tarp + magisk, it boots my phone into fastboot mode, opens an adb window but then never goes any further. Anyone able to assist with this issue?

I think so. You mean by opening up an adb window?

No, I mean in the Windows command interface, which is what you'll see if you press Win + R and type in "cmd" and press Enter. That's what you're referring to, yes?
If you boot into fastboot with the phone connected, and open Device Manager (press Win key + R and type devmgmt), do you see anything with an exclamation mark? If that's the case, then your drivers aren't properly installed and you'll have to check the forums for your device on which ones to install, and how. If not, then it's possible they're ready to go, but this tool just doesn't support it, yet.
Here's what we can do to test this. You may have to navigate to your adb folder if your paths aren't set, and the AIO Tool has an option for this in the advanced settings, I think (or hold the Shift key and right-click in the window, in a blank space, and look for the "Open command window here" option).
Grab the Magisk APK and the custom recovery image, and put it in the folder with your ADB tools if you're doing this from the right-click context shortcut. For this, you might need to change the Magisk extension from apk to zip (yes, it is both a flashable zip and an installable Android package).
You'll want to enable adb debugging, and have your device plugged into the USB connection, then type "adb devices" and ensure that,
1. Your device is either listed with a brief series of numbers, or,
2. It pops up a confirmation on your phone to grant debugging access. Confirm and run that command again.

Once you've got that cleared up, run the command "adb reboot fastboot," and it should boot into your bootloader/fastboot interface. From here, you can try running this command:
fastboot boot recovery twrp.img
Change the "twrp.img" part of that command, if needed, or just rename that file if it makes it easier for you.
From there it should boot into TWRP and you can sideload Magisk from there.
If fastboot doesn't respond at this point, then check your drivers again. Other than that, I'll have to suggest you check the subforums for your device (which I don't recall if you mentioned what device it was).
Hope that helps.

I believe the drivers are installed correctly, because when entering devmgmt, in the list I see portable devices and when I click on it, it lists my device HD1925.

I can manually put my phone into fastboot mode, I can also achieve this via a cmd window. Once I am in a cmd window it doesnt respond commands, itll just inform me that it is "waiting for any device".

How do I sideload magisk from twrp?

I am confused by what you mean when you say "this tool just doesnt support it yet", what exactly does the tool not support? Also, I dont know what you mean by "adb folder"? I feel like you started to go into an explanation on what to do with the AIO Tool and then I cant tell if you finished your original thought. I found the advanced section in the AIO Tool, but I dont know what to do from there.

With the 1.0.3.3 update i have added a "Generic Phone" option and so you can use this tool with all phone that support fastboot and adb to do some things. Try the new feature: Recovery Zip Flasher. NOTE
I could not test all the controls, because they are really a lot, I did some tests and everything seems to work. I added a button "Delete File " in the case when downloading some files you have problems, you can delete the corrupted files directly from the tool instead of going to look for it manually.

Before using the tool, make sure that you have turned the oem unlocking, usb debugging and you reboot your device in Fastboot-Bootloader mode.

If you flash a Factory Image, all your data will be erased.

Use "Lock" only when you're certain that the Stock ROM functions properly.

If you have any problems during installation then first try to update the Microsoft Net freamwork to latest version:
    https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=30653

If you get some errors during installation and you never install this tool before try to delete manually the folder where it will be installed: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\2YX9JZ9J.L90\ENWCB85G.Q13\tool..tion and tool..exe . Maybe \2YX9JZ9J.L90\ENWCB85G.Q13\ will be called with a different but similar name.

    HOW TO INSTALL

    Download .zip file;
    Right click on zip and go in file properties;

I clicked at setup.exe and there is some qeustion in italiano??? I guess its for installation of framework, I like my english version of .Net framework, will not install itailano.

What are you saying? I can not understand. If you have an older version of the framework you just going to update the link in the first post, then you have to choose the language and then click on download. When the download is finished, you will have to update the framework and the tools you should install

@mauronofrio, I press "install driver" driver button: driver is successfully downloaded but seems there are some problems with installing:
'pnputil' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
I driver sono stati installati correttamente

I don't have any problems running mentioned 'pnputil' in separate command line window, so I guess it is installed in my system. I have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed.
adb devices returns empty list. Developer Options and USB debugging is enabled on device.

    Could you please advise?

    Thanks in advance

No problem, the drivers are been installed
