Im trying to uninstall some google apps from my phone but it is giving me a failure message. Does anybody know what is causing it and how it can be fixed?

...your device is rooted? Ιf your device is supported :
The device is properly connected & recognizes it in tool as the photo shows in OP?
You enabled developer mode on your android device & you are connected to your device and you have shell access? [adb shell]..
You tried to install Microsoft .net framework? (sometimes needed)
perhaps is a matter of connecting your device to the pc (drivers,adb,etc)
Read the instructions carefully in OP & follow the steps,or try this way without Root >>

Fastboot is ok but device battery is very low saying.

Don't you think I have tried it. device will go to fastboot or warning page at soon as it gets connected to any power source.

How do you know it was ignored? Maybe no one knew the answer.
Usually if you unzip a fastboot ROM, the files are in the correct places. The flash_all.bat is usually in the root folder with most of the other loose files. If it's not, it should be. It's possible one wasn't even included.
If you find it, you can open the bat file in a text editor and see the lines of code it's executing, too, if you're still not sure what files it's looking for, and where.

Also, there is no Realme device in the current latest version of this tool, requesting specifically for Realme X7 Max (5G) & Poco M2 Pro (Redmi Note 9). Thanks.
