What's the difference when flashing TWRP 3.0.2 OP3 and the Garak version?

I did root my device
after finishing everything and the phone was working very fine, I decided to wipe everything (system - internal storage - and everything else)
and since then the phone is not booting,

Check here to see which parts you should have wiped (assuming you wiped with twrp):

If you are able to get to fast boot you should be able to use this tool to reinstall stock.

And next time - make a BACKUP.

I wiped everything using TWRP
now I stuck with no solution
What to do?

Copied OOS on USB OTG and used the option in TWRP to flash using OTG
now LIVE

HI ! I have Root and Twrp with your soft Oos 3.2.2 and work fine thank you
But after update and update now in 3.2.4 the Op3 won't connect yo usb and I have no notify in my Op3 to change MTP PTP
You know what I do ? Thank you

you are incredible man, you can download this Stock rom fastboot

then unzip all contents in a folder with adb and fastboot then run flash-all_64G.bat

I have a big problem too.
I use this Tool for unlock root & install Twrp in my Op3 but I think I'm the same mistake !?
My Op3 won't connect in my Pc with Usb ??? The phone work fine but I can just charge it Otg & Usb debug for connect in my computer don't work. I test in Fastboot the same ! I test with cmd adb & Twrp adb I can't connect it the driver are install correctly in my computer ?
I test with the tool mega unbrick but no devices too
I test the Qualcomm drivers & turn off the Op3 press volum up @ connect to Pc but always nothing the phone won't connect to my computer !!! The same with Os X system..
I just read this post and I can Flash the "Stock Rom Fastboot" with Twrp ? For resolve my problem ? I can put in my phone I use FTP for transfert files
I have restore my nandroid Oos 3.1.2 an root it with Twrp 3.0.2.
If I can flash this Rom I do a factory reset after and Flash Rom only.
Please help me ! I'm very disappointed and I do make a RMA at Onemplus but if I can don't do it I prefer.

Hi Good day.
I have no answer from you and I had test another cable another computer won't connect to usb and I can't Flash with fastboot my OP3 won't connect with your Tool.
I do a remote session with Oneplus but can't connect with Qualcomm usb drivers.
I don't understand why after use the first tool mu OP3 won't connect to usb adb debug I had with root and Rashr flash Stock recovery but nothing too.
I had finaly Re flash Twrp and flash stock Firmware 3.1.3 no root but always no usb connect ???
And it's not recognized by your Tools too.
I do a Rma at Oneplus and send it next week but I'm very disappointed for do it..
My only question are if I can Flash Stock rom fastboot for last chance please ?

There's a big problem when people flash freedom 1.7ce it makes almost impossible to get back an original recovery or two..... I'm stuck at the moment with this problem as well.... The modified twrp is garbage

Can you show the error that you have? Maybe with an error screen?

No error message just finished flashing OK. The screen of the Twrp shows the old version.

What show TWRP? can you make a screen of twrp?
You can make the screen pressing volume - and power

I tried to re flash from the tool all in one and also to flash the .img from TWRP but on the main screen of the TWRP I still get 3.0.2-1 and not 3.0.2-23. I tried to flash the .img to the recovery is it ok ?
