I tried to re flash from the tool all in one and also to flash the .img from TWRP but on the main screen of the TWRP I still get 3.0.2-1 and not 3.0.2-23. I tried to flash the .img to the recovery is it ok ?

How have you flash the recovery? Through normal "Flash TWRP" or through advanced options "Flash TWRP"?

I tried all three options that I have
1.flash recovery.img thru TWRP to the recovery partition
2. flash with one tool thru normal flash TWRP
3. flash with one tool thru advanced option
I also tested another one tool program.
I am using CM 14.1 rooted

Maybe is a phone problem and not a tool problem

I am flashing cm nightly without problems as well as such files. All the apk are installed OK. I shall continue until I shall have to reset the phone. I am afraid to install cm recovery and than to try to install over it the TWRP recovery

Maybe the recovery name is the same, i dont know

I tried to update the recovery version to TWRP 3.0.2-23 flashing it from the last updated tool but it did not work out.

I add it in the last update, i think the version name maybe is the same
