Don't even try this on other devices..
The underlying file being used for this process is a diagnosis file.. Which is calibrated for sensation only.. And it's an internal file which got leaked somehow

There might be a potential brick if you try it on other HTC devices

Of course it will. Sensation and sensation XE/4G are all the same.

use your phone all the way until it gets shut down; then remove everything ( sim, battery, sd) and let your phone stay still for couple of hours like over a night. afterwards, plug your phone and have it charge, but be aware that you WON'T touch the screen AT ALL until it is full. see how it works.

tried that also, for a week or so, after couple of days problem returns, tried lifting pin, tried gluing aluminum foil...now i just don+'t care anymore, one day it's ok, one is not...messed up something with flat ribbon couple of days ago, so i have new problems with digitizer so i will bi replacing it next week and see if something changes

yeap you have to be on S-OFF to change to supercid

Does anyone know what the error codes that the diag tool produce mean? I ran the tool as my touchscreen has been acting up since I got it replaced. It gets a fat as step six then freezes and displays and error code. I've googled it but found nothing. I re run the tool again later and post the error code here.

I never talked about a full wipe, did I? I just said that this'll wipe your data, and I recommend not restoring any /data backup.

I don't know what's wrong with your phone, have a look at other posts in the thread, no one has said it worsened their touch screen, it either worked positively or didn't work at all. What was the ROM you flashed? Maybe the problem is at that side.
