[TOOL] Turn off screen during HDMI output

The only "issue" is when the screen turns off keyboard dock stop working (still USB and touchpad work). No we will not drain too much our battery during a movie or gaming .

i use rootdim, it does the exact same thing (set brightness to zero, completely black)

maybe i'll try this though 'cause it has notification

Works great!

Great app! Using with 21 inch monitor. Used usb hub to connect external keyboard and mouse. No need to update the aged laptop now.

there is an app that automatically turns the screen off when hdmi is plugged in, that does not disable the keyboard dock?
There is also an option or app that does not put in standby the tablet, when i close the dock?
