I dunno - I tend to use cygwin, but even using the basic windows command prompt adb shell reboot seems to work. I won't be able to check the drivers until I'm home. It makes little sense but could QtADB be the differentiating factor here?
Same with cygwin as command prompt, not working. But adb/adb shell reboot from android works as expected so no need to check drivers. I have any possible reboot/shutdown command you can imagine coded in QtADB and it goes through all of them if it retuns some kind of error so that's not the case.
Even tried recovery commands like "adb shell recovery --just_exit" which according to twrp code should exit the gui and restart the phone but it just restarts the gui without rebooting.
And btw fix_permissions script is not working, even in android.

The fix permissions script is obsolete and probably should be removed.

I believe your phone shares the same build as t0ltecan.

Hey guys, I'm hearing that TWRP is not ready for kit kat and I have to use CWM, is it true? If not what is the TWRP version that supports it? My, N900V is the developer edition and also have a LG Spectrum.

I wouldn't agree with the statement that "TWRP is not ready for Kitkat"!
TWRP is fine for my device - Works perfectly.
Check to see what the Dev for your device and Rom is recommending.

I've never build for verizon yet. If you have stock recovery I can pull it apart and build one for the developer version. There should be no problems with AOSP kk builds, but the new kernels are having issues with touchwiz kk builds which I have overcome for international qualcomm note3.

Developer Edition users have been using your hltetmo twrp no problems. There's only been about 60 of them sold. I personally haven't tested restore of boot, efs1-3 and modem but have been flashing tmo kernals :) We don't even have Odin tar to reset firmware. Philz has a recovery and Hashcode has a cm 11 but I like twrp and hope to stay with it. I'm not in a rush to put cm 11 on the note 3

I have flashed cm 11 on my lg spectrum with twrp 2.6.3.0 no problems so I've been wondering what the hype is and hope for second opinions.

Can you upload stock recovery image for me. I can pick it apart and setup all the partitions and props and put it on goo manager.
