ok success. 2.7.2.0 boots. Initial testing shows time zone adjustment works, Terminal command opens, file Manager sees both internal and external_sd storage (Using 128 g sd card), will try back up to SD card later, fix permissions runs and shows successful.

Congratulations looks like you have had some success. I loaded by converting the img file to a tar.md5 and used Odin 3.09. Please let me know what tests or information you would like again I'll attempt a back up later tonight. Thank you sir for working to give us TWRP on a P905 version device.:good:

I need to work on getting a booting kernel for viennaltexx I guess... Will be hard to do without the device but without it you can't write to external sdcard.

I re-downloaded the kernel source last night. I will see if I can build it again and we can start doing testing over PM.
Youpi! works fine (2.7.20). I'm waiting for the end of a backup (first internal SD..)....
thank you for the work!

here is the file I made and used Odin 3.09 to load TWRP 2.7.2.0
View attachment 2804025

I removed ,md5 from the file name in order to upload the file. I hope it works for you.best if luck.
Thanks!!!!!! Recovery works. I can access the external SD, but unfortunately when starting the backup to external SD there is an error: " Can't create backup folder..." (Errorno. 13)

Backup to internal SD seems to work...

OK. So the version of odin seems not matter.... THX
I believe one issue is the format of your SD card. I am using a 128 g micro card and I get the same failure message you got. I have a smaller card I'll reformat and see it that makes a difference. I know this was an issue with some of the other devices. Glad the file work for you.

OK, So ill Try to reformat my SD. Its 64GB. THX

EDIT: Formated my 64GB SD FAT32 but it was not accepted by TWRP. Back to exFAT it was recognised again but the error 13 is back too.

Would be great if USB OTG would work soon.

BTW: I tryed to copy the TWRP backup folder from interal to external SD but the copying was denied....???

Exfat won't work until I get a custom kernel booting.
