Can you try Settings->Restore Defaults then see if backing up works?

That sounds easy. Does it trigger KNOX warranty?

I have now carried out "Restore Defaults". Then a backup on SD-EXT started. This backup shows me in TWRP also that it was successful. But after a reboot, I can not find any backup data again. I have now been looking for a log. This log is now under /cache/recovery "last_log".
After I have now a backup executed on the internal memory. This backup has worked and it can be found the backup data in the internal memory.
So only the backup to external-SD does not seem to work.
Do you need the "last_log" again?

How did you select external storage to backup? Using the button right?
Yes, I used the buttom right in Backupscreen and select the external-sd.
Can you upload /tmp/recovery.log after the backup operation? You are saying this logfile is completely blank?
I have copied the recovery.log from /tmp to sd-ext with TWRP. Then I rebooted and tar this file with rootexplorer...
yes I use the filemanager.

Haven't had time to make the device files yet. Can you verify the bootloader is unlocked? I found out the p605v is locked.
Not sure, I'm guessing it is locked as many Verizon versions have. Does that mean it can not be done?
