1. downloaded and extracted update_miniROM_S5_normandy_v1.2.6.zip
2. Run nokia x flasher
3. powered off phone
4. run fone in fastboot mode
5. phone detected in flasher
6. selected boot.img file from above mentioned ROM as system file and boot file ( selected same file for both option)
7. click Start Flashing ( all done)
8. Click Reboot
Now device unable to reboot
removed battery.... tried again... but a screen appears and stay with nokia logo

I think u maid a silly mistake..1sr you have to flash only "system.img" file.After that boot,recovery.To know in details u can see this link...

Its a torrent link.You need a torrent file downloader.For example:utorrent...

No it's not. There is different option for torrents. I tried later with the Direct Link and succeeded. I think I know how to download torrents

you said that xda(torrent) link is not working.But xda(torrent link)/mirror link both are working fine.Thats why i told you.Its ok and happy to see that u are able to download the file..
