Same issue, not detecting Shield TV Pro in Windroid toolkit (Offline message).
CMD works just fine.
Using the official NVidia driver (SHIELD_Family_WHQL_USB_driver_201506).

Still won't work with version 3.1, adb devices shows the device but WinDroid still says it's offline.

2015 Shield TV stuck in APX mode (flashed wrong rom) -- can't access fastboot -- help?

Im not sure what this tool does
It asked me to download missing drivers on first startup it says downloading. I left it for 20 min before I forced stop the tool. I restarted skipped driver download selected shield as my device loaded twrp and began to flash with this tool. Let it run for 10 min. It does something but not what it claims its doing. So tool is not for me
