What recovery is used for this for the HTC one m8? I may sound dumb but I'm having a hard time figuring the tool kit out. I'm stock unrooted s-off unlocked bootloader.
The toolkit uses the official TWRP recovery. If you've already unlocked your bootloader, you can flash TWRP and SuperSU under steps 2 and 3 in the toolkit. What recovery is used for this for the HTC one m8? The toolkit does all the downloading. When you choose a device in the menu, it automatically downloads the recoveries. Then when you click on Flash SuperSU, it automatically downloads the latest SuperSU.Thanks for the fast reply. Do I download them from the links within the toolkit or do I import them to it?
In the folder where Windroid is installed, there should be a Data folder. If there is an Installers folder inside of the Data folder, try renaming or deleting it. This fixed it for me. An alternative that was posted in the main Windroid thread is to move Windroid to an empty folder before you try to run it. Both ways worked for me.Same issue here... running Win 10 and app crashes
No problems at all. I just ran it.Are there any issues with the M8 updated to Marshmello 6.0?
If you have abd installed, just fastboot flash your recovery.i cant get this to work i have adb drivers installed and says flashed recovery in hboot but if i try to go to recovery i just get a phone icon with red symbol in center ?
I keep getting a signature verify failed error when flashing twrp.If you have abd installed, just fastboot flash your recovery.
Boot into bootloader
Make sure fastboot is highlighted (should already be when you boot into bootloader)
Open command prompt in adb directory.
Type
fastboot flash recovery "name of recovery.img" -hit enter-
fastboot erase cache -hit enter-
Then reboot either into system or recovery
Its That easy,,,,,

Possibly a bad download. Try redownloading the recovery.img of your choice (i recommend TWRP 3.0) and reflashing in fastboot.I keep getting a signature verify failed error when flashing twrp.
