Remember to enable both USB debug and allow unlock boot loader under developer option

So, make step by step:

- Make sure you have enabled oem unlock and debug usb;
- Make sure that your phone is correctly recognized by pc;
- Unlock bootloader (if you already made, go to next step);
- Make Wipe Data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache and Format system form twrp recovery;
- Reboot in Fastboot mode;
- Run 14th command "Install stock Cyanogen OS 12.1";
- Now you are completely stock, if you want to relock the bootloader, reanable oem unlock and debug usb, reboot in fastboot and run the 7th command "Lock Bootloader"

Yes, you can directly flash stock Lollipop ROM with the tool.

I can't make this work on my Windows 10 laptop, the device is not detected in adb but the drivers are installed already.. any ideas how to fix this?

It happens also to me and ther guys, with Asus laptop and Windows 10. You can ignore it and move to the fastboot section of the tool...
It is only mandatory to have the phone detected in fastboot mode.

I have developed a tool to streamline the various processes that lead to the unlocking of the bootloader and installing a modified recovery .

With this tool you can:

• Install drivers;
• Install adb drivers;
• Reboot in Fastboot/Bootloader mode;
• Unlock/Lock Bootloader (solved a little bug when you try to unlock bootloader);
• Flash TWRP 3.0.0 recovery;
• Reboot in TWRP 3.0.0 recovery;
• Flash stock recovery;
• Reboot in stock recovery;
• Return to Stock Cyanogen OS 12.1 (Solved the problem during the flash system.img and add some commands to delete all user data file);
• Reboot phone from fastboot.

INSTALLATION:

• Download the Tool;
• Unzip the tool on dekstop;
• Open "TOOL_ZUK_Z1_ENG_0.0.6" folder;
• Click on "TOOL_ZUK_Z1_ENG_0.0.6.exe";
• Make sure you have enabled debug usb and oem unlock;
• Now you can use the Tool.

If you want to return completely stock proceed like this:

• Make sure you have enabled oem unlock and debug usb;
• Make sure that your phone is correctly recognized by pc;
• Unlock bootloader (if you already made, go to next step);
• Make Wipe Data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache and Format system from twrp recovery (if you haven't already installed the twrp recovery , do it, when you run the 14th command you also flash the stock recovery);
• Reboot in Fastboot mode;
• Run 14th command "Install stock Cyanogen OS 12.1";
• Now you are completely stock, if you want to relock the bootloader, reanable oem unlock and debug usb, reboot in fastboot and run the 7th command "Lock Bootloader"

lf you have some problems with adb, don't worry you can bypass that options and reboot manually the phone in Bootloader-Fastboot mode:

• Open settings;
• Click "About Phone" and click sometimes on "Build Number" until you see "Now you are a developer";
• Now go backto settings and you will see another new opton called "Developer Options", click it;
• Switch on "Advanced Reboot";
• Now hold down the power button and, in the menu that appears, click on reboot, select bootloader and then click ok;
• Wait that the phone has been rebooted;
• Now you are in Fastboot mode and you can use option from 5 to 14 without problems;
• I leave some explanatory images attached.

In the package I've included a document with every command that i have used.

NOTE:

Before return stock make a data, cache and dalvik cache wipe and format system. If you return stock you will lose all your data.

Hi there,

I have the Zuk Z1 international version CM 12.1 not rooted, I wanted to try ZUI android 6.0 and I found this thread (http://xdaforums.com/zuk-z1/help/convert-cyanogen-to-official-zui-t3244666/page2), I run through all the steps still couldn't get the USB driver installed properly and the phone recognized and obviously the the port was not identified.

Now I found your tool and I had the same issue to detect the phone (step 3), any suggesting how to get the phone detected?

I did exactly as in the book, managed to get to CM Fastboot mode but still the QFIL tool shown "No Port Available"
