Well, I tested it myself and it worked. Try using Bootloader Unlock to update your fastboot image then flash the CM image.

I tried but still have the same error, I tried fastboot manualy to and get the same error

Please re-download the CM13 as it may be corrupt. Try the 7z package as 7-Zip also checks the file integrity.

@dgadelha, I am not able to flash the file 0.1.0.4 (the latest one) through twrp, the error says that flash file not found in meta/system.....or something like that.................Am I doing something wrong here?

What are you trying to flash?
Zenfone Assist is an application for Windows, running over .NET Framework 4 to manage ASUS Zenfone 5/6 in Droidboot/Fastboot mode.

What kind of bash script would it be?
Zenfone Assist is a .NET Framework 4 application, based on WPF, and that may be the reason why it doesn't run on Linux. Although, we should try Mono.

Works on any version; Jelly Bean, KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat...

There is some problem in this tool, after unlocking and relock ing, IMEI get lost. Now everytime user has to rewrite IMEI after downgrading to stock..

Please look into the matter
