Not Detected on PC at all

Hey Mark,
I have a problem with my sm-n910F where using TWRP I reseted my whole phone, Leaving me with a fully formatted phone with twrp. I tried using ODIN to install the stock software again, but the phone isn't detected at all by the PC is there anything i can do now? Or are there any specific roms I could download and put on a micro sd card and then install them through TWRP?

Thanks Szy

Hello,

I am new to this toolkit and trying to download but get 500 internal service error when following download or other links. I am trying to return my Sprint Note 4 to stock under Win10 from BOF5 firmware.

Thanks

I just stumbled across this thread, so I haven't actually used the toolkit itself (which of course looks really useful and time saving!) - but anyway, to be able to use ODIN in the traditional way you have to:
  1. have the Samsung USB driver installed (latest is v1.5.63.0, option 1. from the main menu of the toolkit will install the included v1.5.59.0 which will do the job just the same)
  2. boot your phone in Download-Mode and connect it to your PC for it to show up in ODIN as [COM]whatever number

Download link on skipsoft is down.

Hey guys the download link on the skipsoft page below is down.

Skipsoft page: https:.....//skipsoft.net/download/uat-v156/comment-page-1/#comment-38596......

Takes me to a blank page with this msg (I believe this is a hosting issue with Wordpress and the skipsoft's wp account):

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 170393600) (tried to allocate 5827699 bytes) in /homepages/11/d431449483/htdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1173

Anyone know can point me in the direction for a clean and "legit" link?

Cheers.

Hi Mark,

I'm a long-time, happy user of your toolkit (with several devices), but I have a small problem with my SM-N910T. I'm currently running a totally stock phone (just got it), but don't see support for 6.0.1 shown in the toolkit anywhere. I see it mentioned on your website that 6.0.1 is now supported (maybe in version 1.5.7?), but can only find version 1.5.6 on your website (dated 2017-04-24 — later than the 1.5.7 I think was mentioned earlier as being 2017-04-10). I am a little unsure if I just need a link to 1.5.7, or if there were problems and that version has been removed.

Also, if I wanted to just root and whatnot, can I just choose version as 5.1.1 (even though 6.0.1 is detected) and use the root tools anyway? Would I need to also install a 5.1.1 stock image (which I don't mind doing)?

Thanks so much for your help, and I hope you are well.

-Nicco
