not to be rude but if you have read the instructuions in full... this method does not change unlocked or locked unless you specifically set it. now with that in mind remember that applying those commands will only work if you are S-OFF

Ok I did read the instructions and I don't understand your reply. I was just asking for clarification that if I use the method outlined to relock my bootloader, will the banner change to LOCKED or will it change to RELOCKED. There's some methods of relocking bootloader that won't change it to LOCKED but change it to RELOCKED. Thanks.

The method in the OP will set the banner to LOCKED. As Miggs stated, though, you must be S-off to use this method.

Need help with the h/k model!!!!!!!

Would be supper helpful if i could find similar option for a h/k model! Tried running ruu but for some reason my comp will run it until first popup status bar fills up and then disappears. I heard that maybe I should download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Dist. The only problem is that I have a newer version. This actually did work for my wifes sprint non h/k model. so thanks a bunch. Hoping you would know of a similar route for my h/k.

If the RUU ran fine for one device, then it will run fine for the other. In your case you need to use a H/K version RUU.
