So just comes to my mind, is the internal memory broken/destroyed?

I have seen the exact same error as you, and I think that based on this post in another forum, you are correct. It seems the only solution would be a new "eMMC chip", which, if it in fact means new RAM on this phone's motherboard, essentially means you need a new motherboard unless you can source a working "eMMC chip" and somehow solder like a microscopic ninja robot.

Hello guys,
I have a bricked Nexus (non-branded, unlocked, Europe GSM) that wont boot, only response is "OMAP4440" driver popping up in Windows. I installed the driver from the package from post #1 and this is what I get from cmd window:
...

Hello everybody,
just a small update, after one month phone was send back from authorized Samsung service center with the reason that there is an oxidation on the mainboard (see the picture) and so they will not repair it :/ (I was behaving to phone in good way, from what I know it didn't met water directly - but still it was there...).
I also tried to put it to the non-authorized service center to get rid of the oxidation but they said they cleaned it a little bit but it will still not turn on.
So at the end I found one guy and he sold me brand new motherboard for $100 and now phone is working again :) (this was still much cheaper then to swap it in authorized center for $250).

So if some of you will get similar behaviour to mine, it can be oxidation (50/50 it can be fixed in non-authorized service center)

Cheers

I've linked to a thread here on XDA in the 101 thread:

[snip]

How to flash your device if you cannot get into fastboot mode and you cannot get into download mode: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1760787

Not sure it would be proper to host the file here since the dev uses GSM Hosting. best just to link to his thread on the other board.

Looks like your guide is posts 1,4,5. So I'm doing some research, and wondering about the hows of "Repair baseband, bootloader, recovery = adb commands". Can someone elaborate on this? All i can think of is fastboot, which wouldn't work if the bl is borked.

how did you do this? can you provide a detailed guide please!!

Step by Step
-Open the .bat archive from extracted folder
-Open "Device Manager" in Windows.
-Plug the phone and "run" to click with "right button" and go in "UPDATE DRIVER"
-Find a omap_flash folder and click in OK.
-Windows will find a "OMAP4460" and will disconnect.
-Plug the phone again, maybe your Windows will "look again" to search this driver (In here he didn't find, but Works later, I just have to plug again)

Try this and tell me about.

Sorry my bad English, I'm Brazilian lazy :D 2AM

Just execute *.bat file from this package.
Installing drivers first would be pretty smart idea too.

    Repair boot = OMAPFlash
    Repair baseband,bootloader,recovery = adb commands
    Enjoy !

First you need to remove battery and then load driver for OMAP (4460usb), then its working. Looks like TI recovery procedure.

But unfortunatelly it recovered bootloader (sbl) only, in my case eMMC pda image partition still damaged and eMMC need to be formatted completely.
