There were not illiterate it's more like the guy who wrote the article is, Civilization start in Africa not in Europe...

Really impressed! These kids hasn't even read ANYTHING and never anything s much as much as a stop sign

I agree Jamal, the point is not that whether they hacked or not, the point is how a device transcended the boundaries of language and literacy/illiteracy. In the end the children were more educated and learn something on their own. That's awesome. Just imagine a child with no knowledge of English as a language first saw this brick of a device and thought in his Ethiopia language (after pushing the power button for several seconds) "hmm....may be i will slide my finger like this and something might happen"....few seconds later .."o **** something happened"....*interesting" .."what is that icon (Nell), may be i will put my finger on to it, it worked the first time when changing the first view (locked screen) to this view (unlocked screen) on this magical brick with colors ....and so on ... :laugh:
