Touch pressure is broken on the Nexus 6P and shows only a value of 1/0(you can check it in developers options>>show touch pointer)
The nexus 5 and 5x report touch pressure back normally and playing music in apps is a delight while in the nexus 6p it is always 1 no matter how much of the finger is touching the screen.
Google boasted about how fast the nexus 6p is in music apps regarding latency yet they forgot one of the most important aspect in touch midi playing... Touch velocity!
Some drawing apps also make use of that feature which works beautifully on a nexus 5/5x yet draws maximum thickness lines on the 6P.
They haven't fixed it since the release of this device!
Usually that "always 1 touch pressure" problem is reserved to cheap chinese tablets/phones, Not a Nexus.
Fixing it is a matter of adding a touch_pressure=touch_size*(some constant) formula to the Input driver as touch size is reported(and Visualized) correctly.
