Hmmmm...so does this have things like deleting dalvic cache etc?

Remind me, does this mean reinstalling my ROM, or does it just overwrite CWM?

Great Stuff!

This is a really nice advancement for flashers everywhere.
Almost idiot proof.
This will tempt more people to customise their phones with new ROMs.
Well done.

Looking forward to a theme that is easy to read for the blind(read "old") amongst us. :D

Awesome

I know I'm not making an useful post, but HOLY COW!! I've just tried this and it is AWESOME! Thanks a lot for the work!

Btw, I just bought the 4Ext Recovery Control app from the market. :D I must say it really makes the experience complete. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Madmaxx82: you are doing a spectecular job, i want to suggest you for a progess bar instead of ring, progress is better because it helps to know how much of flashing/backup/restore has been done/left. But nevertheless keep up the great job you are doing...

Ok, so I had the recovery updater installed...now Ive installed the Recovery Control....but not entirely sure if I need both

They both have the same name and icon in the app drawer, which is confusing to say the least.

I've had the Recovery Updater app force close several times too when I open it and check for updates. This causes Recovery Control app to Force Close.

Recovery control has a lot of features the recovery updater doesn't have. If you only want to install and update the recovery the free version is okay. If you want to flash roms regularly you should try the control version :) it's worth every single cent IMO

At the end you should choose one of them..

Cheers
