touchscreen wont type text

hello everyone a quick on for you my touchscreen if fully working can unlock with pattern etc, now what happens not all the time just every now and again it can either be sending text searching web anywhere you type letters hav tried flashing rom again but that aint hellped i have the gingerbread keyboard from the market (Paied) my phone specs are in my sig bellow.

I have the exact same issue - my phone is a refurb sent out to me from T-Mobile USA when my first phone kept rebooting randomly.
