Hello, I always wanted a stock ROM, because they are well tested and have no grammatical mistakes(Wich bugs me really bad in some Custom ones) So,
I took the NK5 version from this thread by ladislav.heller
COC1/2 Stock version from Samsung.

How to install:

• Do a Nandroid backup,just to be sure.
• INSTALL THE BASE from my Yandex, or the other sources I provided. NECESSARY! (Otherwise the debloated one, from "ROM" folder, won't boot, because you possibly have an older Bootloader)Check the "Phone bootloader Update" option from ODIN
• Flash a custom recovery(If you haven't, I recommand ClockworkMod Recovery)
• Disable signature check from your recovery
• Install scSTOCK.zip from "ROM" folder
• Reboot and Enjoy

Features:

• It's the STOCK ROM, you don't have to worry about any bugs, typos, or anything.
• It's debloated, so you have only a few basic apps (See SS's below), nothing deleted from "Settings/System/etc..", so you don't have to worry about any FC's while wondering around
• It's KNOX free
• It's SuperSU/BusyBox pre-installed
• It's fast, long live battery \m/

FAQ
Q: What kernel it's pre-installed in this ROM?
A: COC1/2(For both versions,i9190/5) = Stock Samsung kernel / NK5(i9195) = SilviuMik's kernel

Q: I don't know my bootloader version, and the ROM doesn't work
A: Flash the "BASE" I provided above for you S4 mini specific version, then install the scSTOCK from "ROM" folder

Q: Wi-Fi doesn't turn on/doesn't work, and I flashed the BASE from Yandex
A: Modem actually needs 2,3 flashes to get going, get the COC1(For i9190)/COC2(For i9195) modem from this thread.

Q: What kernel should I use ?
A: I recommand SilviuMik's kernel from this thread.
For COC2 i9195 version, flash the " I9195-LTE-Custom-Kernel-Silviu-v3-CWM-NK5-KitKat" version.

Q: This version has/will have S5/6 ported apps ?
A: No, It's exactly stock, I think here are enough rom's with S5/6 portings, and much less s4 mini stock ones

Update:
-Replaced Google Keyboard,with stock Samsung.
-Included SilviuMik's kernel automatically in to the ROM

-The COC2 source was directly sammobile, I "compiled" it with ArchiKitchen
-Removed pre-installed SilviuMik's kernel (I heard the combination caused problems to some users)
-ZipAligned,compressed so it would't take so much space

goooood, like xtrestolite on S5.. is that linked custom kernel already integrated in rom or should it be flashed thru recovery after rom is flashed?

hope you will update rom when new samsung firmware will be released (now is COC2)

No,it's not integrated in rom YET, I'll make a new release tonight/tommorow with kernel included

it is not what i meant.. i like stock kernel..
it is easy to flash any kernel thru recovery.. i suggest leave good rom in that stock form.
rom with stock kernel and flashable zip of modded kernel..

instead of that, you can debloat new @ladislav.heller COC2 rom

with s5 s6 porting nothing usefull cant be done.. only battery drain. keep on work. this works great.

i just answer to the OP what is his future own project ! by simple curiosity ! a dev OP do what he want to do.....

And for replace stocks apps with lasts samsungs ones ,it's not the problem at all !
if you have had bad experiences with "s5 lollipop project" or other ===> these devs have included too much changes with tweaks ,optimisations ...etc ... , the rom not clean ,not "pure", too much useless things ....don't work correctly ! it's not good ...
